Orders are requested through WhatsApp. You must provide accurate product, quantity, delivery city, and delivery address details. An order is confirmed only after we confirm availability, local delivery details, and the final order total with you. Please follow the payment instructions shared after confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears suspicious, unauthorized, intended for improper use, or outside our approved delivery areas.

4. Delivery, returns, and refunds

Delivery information is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment. Return and refund conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Please review those policies before placing an order.
