Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your confirmed GalaxyWhip order. Please contact us on WhatsApp before returning any item.

1. Return eligibility We accept eligible returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Returns and different formats We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product format, please message us on WhatsApp before arranging a new order.

3. Return instructions Because cream chargers contain compressed gas, they must be handled and packed securely according to local courier regulations in Thailand or Malaysia. Contact us for return instructions and the correct return address before sending anything back.

4. Refund process Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund method is confirmed with you using the payment details for your confirmed order. Original delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.

5. Non-returnable items Opened, used, or unsealed cream chargers, items damaged after delivery, items with missing parts, gift cards, and downloadable products are not eligible for return or refund.
