1. Returns and Exchanges We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of your purchase.

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product variant or size, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order on our website.

• Returned items must be unused, strictly in their original unopened packaging, and in the exact same condition as received.

• Safety Note: Because our products contain compressed gas (cream chargers), they must be handled and packaged securely for return shipping according to local courier regulations in Thailand or Malaysia.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for specific instructions and the correct return warehouse address before sending any items back.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

• Approved refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method used during checkout.

• Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrived defective or incorrect due to our error.

3. Non-Returnable Items For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

• Any cream chargers that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

• Items that have been damaged after delivery or are missing parts.

• Gift cards and downloadable products.
