1. Supported Shipping Areas & Restrictions Due to legal and regulatory compliance, we currently provide shipping exclusively to the following locations:
- Thailand: Bangkok, Phuket, and Pattaya
- Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur
- Please note that we cannot process or deliver orders to any addresses outside of these specific cities. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is legal to receive in your jurisdiction before placing an order. Our products are shipped strictly for culinary and food preparation purposes.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times All orders are shipped from our domestic warehouses. We offer three shipping options at checkout to best suit your needs:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unexpected events like local holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions may impact delivery schedules.
3. Order Processing Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends or local public holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received.
